Facebook has officially implemented the Timeline look for every profile on facebook. those who are on still old version will get it soon and others who had applied for it they have already go it. but there are two groups of people on who like this timeline look and other don’t like it. so this post is for type two. you will learn how to disable facebook timeline profile on Google Chrome and Firefox. but note one thing that its not provided by the Facebook team or some extension. its just a client side trick so if you are on some other PC than you will get the timeline look only and other who will visit your profile will also get the timeline look. so its just a cache from your side.
First I will be explaining how to disable facebook timeline feature on your google chrome browser and after that on firefox. so lets straight away move towards how to implement this tricks and learn how you can disable facebook timeline on chrome and disable facebook timeline on firefox.

How To Disable Facebook Timeline on Google Chrome :
Right click on the Google Chrome icon(shortcut) on desktop and click on properties.

a pop up box will appear and in that you have to find “Target” field. in that Target Box you have to enter the following code :

Now click on Apply and after that click on OK. just restart your browser and see whether its working or not. if all the settings will be well that this will surely work.
How To Disable Facebook Timeline Look on Firefox :
To disable facebook timeline look in firefox we need to install one add-on and that add-on is “User Agent Switcher“. just open your firefox and install this add-on to your browser and than restart it so that add-on perform well.

after installing this add-on start your browser and you will able to see the icon of this add-on. click on that add on and select Internet Explorer 7 and that’s it. just restart your firefox and you will able to see the old facebook look back.

That’s it now you can enjoy your old Facebook look and back and you have successfully disable the facebook timeline look.

I too have not noticed any changes since i have followed these instructions, i use firefox and followed the example. No effect what-so-ever
